If you are traveling by car, head towards Kesklinn in Tallinn. From the city center, take the main road Pirita tee (Route 1) heading east towards Pirita. Continue straight for approximately 8 kilometers. You will see signs for Russalka rand / Inglirand as you approach the Pirita area. There is parking available near the beach.

Public Transportation
To reach Russalka rand / Inglirand using public transportation, take tram number 1 or 2 from the city center of Tallinn. Get off at the 'Pirita' stop. From there, it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. You will walk along the Pirita tee road towards the coastline. Ensure you have a valid public transport ticket, which costs around €2.00.

If you are already in the Pirita area, you can easily walk to Russalka rand / Inglirand. From the Pirita promenade, follow the coastal path southwards, which will lead you directly to the beach. The walk is scenic and takes about 10-15 minutes from the main promenade area.
