If you are traveling by car, head towards Kesklinn in Tallinn. From the city center, take the main road Pirita tee (Route 1) heading east towards Pirita. Continue straight for approximately 8 kilometers. You will see signs for Russalka rand / Inglirand as you approach the Pirita area. There is parking available near the beach.

To reach Russalka rand / Inglirand using public transportation, take tram number 1 or 2 from the city center of Tallinn. Get off at the 'Pirita' stop.
