If you are in the center of Kuressaare, start at the Kuressaare Castle (Kuressaare Loss). From the castle, head east towards Tallinna Road (Tallinna maantee). Turn left onto Tallinna Road and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Raiekivi tee. Turn right onto Raiekivi tee. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will eventually see Hoppet ~ Purjelaev Sailing Ship on your left side, located at Raiekivi tee, 93815 Saare maakond.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Kuressaare city center. Head towards the port area, following the coastal path. Once you reach the main road, merge onto Tallinna Road (Tallinna maantee) heading northeast. Continue on this road until you come to the intersection with Raiekivi tee. Turn right onto Raiekivi tee and cycle straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The Hoppet ~ Purjelaev Sailing Ship will be located on your left.

While there are no direct public transport options to Hoppet ~ Purjelaev Sailing Ship, you can take a local bus from the Kuressaare bus station. Take any bus heading towards the outskirts of Kuressaare and ask the driver to let you know when you reach Raiekivi tee. Once you get off, walk straight for about 500 meters, and you will see the Hoppet ~ Purjelaev Sailing Ship on your left.
