Walking
If you are starting from the Kuressaare Castle, exit the castle grounds and head east towards the main street, Tallinna. Continue on Tallinna street for about 500 meters until you reach a traffic light. At the traffic light, turn left onto Rüütli street. Walk straight for another 300 meters until you see Raekoja põlispärn on your right, located in the small park area near the town hall.

From Kuressaare Town Centre, head towards the Kuressaare Market, located on the corner of Tallinna street and Rüütli street. Once there, continue on Rüütli street heading south for about 400 meters. Raekoja põlispärn will be on your left, situated in a lovely park area adjacent to the town hall.

If you are near the Kuressaare bus station, you can catch bus number 1 or 2, which will take you to the city center. After disembarking at the city center stop, walk towards the main street, Tallinna. From there, follow the directions as if you were starting from the town center, heading towards Rüütli street and continuing straight until you reach Raekoja põlispärn.
