From the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), head east on Pikk Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Toompea Hill. Turn left onto Toompea Hill and walk up the hill. You will find Vabamu Museum of Occupations and Freedom at Toompea 8b, just a short walk from the top of the hill.

If you are closer to the Balti Jaam Train Station, take tram number 1 or 2 towards the city center and get off at the 'Vabaduse Väljak' stop. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk. Head towards the Old Town and follow the signs to Toompea Hill, where you will find the museum at Toompea 8b.
