To reach Prangli Island, start by heading to the Tallinn Old Port (Tallinna Vanasadam). From the city center, you can take tram number 1 or 2 to the 'Lennusadam' stop. After getting off, walk towards the harbor. Look for the ferry terminal that services Prangli Island. Ferries to Prangli operate from the terminal at the Old Port. Be sure to check the ferry schedule in advance, as services may vary. The ferry ride takes about 30-40 minutes and will take you directly to Prangli.

If you are not near the Old Port, you can take bus number 2 from Tallinn city center to 'Tallinna Sadam' (the port area).
