From the center of Tallinn (Vabaduse väljak), take bus number 34A towards 'Pirita'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Kloostrimetsa' stop. Once you get off, walk about 10 minutes along Pirita tee (Pirita Road) towards the coast. The Rusalka Memorial will be on your left, just a short walk away.

Start at the 'Lennujaam' (Airport) tram stop and take tram number 4 towards 'Tondi'. Get off at 'Hiiu' stop (approximately 10 minutes). From there, transfer to bus number 34A towards 'Pirita'. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and disembark at 'Kloostrimetsa' stop. Walk 10 minutes along Pirita tee to reach the Rusalka Memorial on your left.

If you are near the Tallinna Sadam (Port of Tallinn), you can walk to the Rusalka Memorial. Head northeast towards Narva mnt, then turn left onto Narva mnt. Continue until you reach the intersection with Pirita tee and turn right. Follow Pirita tee for about 30 minutes until you see the Rusalka Memorial on your left.
