From any point in Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, head towards the main entrance and take the road towards Piggs Peak. Follow the signs for the R38 road. Continue on the R38 for approximately 30 km until you reach Piggs Peak. Once in Piggs Peak, look for signs directing you to Phophonyane Falls Nature Reserve, which is about 5 km from the town center. You may need to pay a small entrance fee at the reserve.
