From the center of Bahir Dar, start at the Bahir Dar Grand Hotel. Head east on Abay Road (also known as Ethio-China Road). Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Kebele 10 Road. Turn left onto Kebele 10 Road and continue for approximately 500 meters. When you reach the roundabout, take the first exit to stay on Kebele 10 Road. Walk straight for another 300 meters, and you will see the Evangelist Abate Welaniwos Memorial on your right.
