    Start from the center of Debre Markos, near the main market. Head east on the main road (Bole Road) towards the outskirts of the city. Continue walking for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Adadi Maryam. You can ask locals for directions, as they will point you toward the right path. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto the road that leads to Adadi Maryam (Rock-Hewn). The path will be a mix of paved roads and dirt paths, so wear comfortable shoes. Follow this road for approximately 2 kilometers until you see signs leading to Adadi Maryam. You will eventually reach the entrance of the site which is well-marked.
