Head south on the main street, which is known as Aregawi St. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Abay Mado St. Turn right onto Abay Mado St. and keep walking until you see the Kuyera neighborhood sign. Once you enter Kuyera, look for the directional signs pointing towards Kuyera St. Mariam Church. The church is located at 6JVX+3PH, Kuyera Dedeba, and is easily recognizable by its unique architectural style.

From the center of Mekele, take a local minibus (known as 'Bajaj') heading towards Kuyera. The fare is usually low, and you can ask the driver to drop you off near Kuyera St. Mariam Church.
