From the center of Awasa, head southwest towards the main road (Bole Road). Continue walking along Bole Road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Lake Hawassa. Turn left onto the road towards Lake Hawassa and continue straight for around 500 meters. Heron International Hotel will be on your right side, just before the lakeshore.

If you are using a bicycle, start from the center of Awasa and pedal southwest along Bole Road. Maintain a steady pace and keep an eye on the road signs. After about 1 kilometer, take a left turn onto the road that leads to Lake Hawassa. Keep cycling straight for another 500 meters. The Heron International Hotel will be on your right, close to the scenic lakeside.
