From there, follow the well-marked trail leading to JIJOLA Waterfall, which is about a 15-minute walk.

Public Transportation

If you are using public transportation, you can take a minibus from the nearest town, Awash Station, towards Awash National Park. Inform the driver that you want to go to JIJOLA Waterfall. Upon arrival at the park, you may need to hire a local guide or arrange for a private vehicle to take you closer to the waterfall, as public transport does not go directly to the attraction. The approximate cost for the minibus is 50 Ethiopian Birr, and the guide service may range from 200 to 500 Ethiopian Birr depending on negotiation.
