From Bøur, the waterfall is approximately 2 km away. Please note that the waterfall is best viewed from the sea. Bus 300 from Vágar Airport to Sørvágur runs approximately every 3 hours. Bus 350 from Sørvágur to Bøur runs three times a day, Monday to Friday. A multi-day travel card for the Faroe Islands public transport system costs 500 DKK for four days. A single bus fare is approximately 30 DKK.
