    Start at the center of Runavík, near the local shops and cafes. Head southwest on Ánsløttur street until you reach the main road, Route 10. Turn right onto Route 10 and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass through a residential area and scenic views of the coastline. When you arrive at Hoyvík, keep an eye out for Brekkutún street on your left. Turn left onto Brekkutún and walk for about 300 meters. The Tjóðsavnið (Faroe Islands National Museum) will be on your right at number 6. Enjoy your visit!

    From Runavík, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Look for the bus service heading towards Hoyvík, which should be available frequently throughout the day. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the Hoyvík stop. After disembarking, walk along Route 10 for about 500 meters until you reach Brekkutún street. Turn left onto Brekkutún and walk for another 300 meters. Tjóðsavnið (Faroe Islands National Museum) will be located at number 6 on the right side.
