If you're traveling by car, start from Tórshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands. Drive north on Route 10 (Vestmannavegur) towards Vestmanna. After approximately 30 kilometers, turn left onto Route 11 towards Tjørnuvík. Continue on Route 11 for about 10 kilometers until you reach Tjørnuvík. Look for signs indicating Tjørnuvik Beach as you approach the village. Once in Tjørnuvík, follow the road towards the beach, where you will find parking available.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, catch a bus from Tórshavn to Tjørnuvík. Check the latest schedule at the local bus terminal, as routes may change. You'll be taking Bus 300 or 500 towards Eiði or Tjørnuvík. The journey takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Tjørnuvík, follow the road towards the beach, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you are already in Tjørnuvík, the beach is easily accessible on foot. From the village center, head towards the coast. The path is well-marked, and you'll be able to see the beach as you approach it. This walk should take no more than 10 minutes.
