Walking
If you are near the Helsinki Central Station, head southwest toward Kaivokatu. Continue on Kaivokatu for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rautatientori Square. Turn right onto Mannerheimintie and walk straight for about 300 meters. Look for the Erottaja Square on your left; the Helsinki City Hall is located a short walk from there, at Pohjoisesplanadi 11-13.

From the Helsinki Central Station, catch tram line 2 or 3 from the tram stop located right outside the station. Ride the tram for 3 stops and get off at the 'Kampintori' stop.
