Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the city center of Lahti, start at the Lahti Railway Station (Lahti Rautatieasema). Exit the station and head southeast on Vapaudenkatu. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ankkurikatu. Turn left onto Ankkurikatu. Walk straight for about 800 meters. Sibeliustalo (Sibelius Hall) will be on your left at Ankkurikatu 7. It is a distinctive building, so keep an eye out for its unique architecture.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From Lahti Railway Station, you can also take a bus to get to Sibeliustalo. Look for bus numbers 1 or 2, which head towards the Sibeliustalo stop. Buses run frequently, approximately every 10-15 minutes. Once you board the bus, stay on until you reach the Sibeliustalo stop. After getting off, walk a short distance back towards the building, which will be right in front of you.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing services available in Lahti. From the city center, head southeast towards Ankkurikatu. Follow the same route as the walking directions, which is about a 3 km ride. There are bike lanes along the way, and it should take you around 10-15 minutes to reach Sibeliustalo.
