Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop named 'Pilpasuo'. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 1 kilometer, following the path that leads into the forest. You will see signs directing you to the Pilpasuo Lean-to Shelter.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Oulu. Head towards the Oulu River and follow the bike path along the riverbank. Continue cycling north until you reach the junction at the bridge, then turn left onto the route leading towards the Pilpasuo nature area. Follow the signs for Pilpasuo Lean-to Shelter, which is approximately 10 kilometers from the city center. The route is mostly flat and offers scenic views.

If you prefer walking, start from Oulu City Center and take the route along the Oulu River. Follow the river path towards the northern outskirts of the city.
