If you are driving, start from the Pyhä-Luosto Visitor Centre. Head north on Pyhäntie (Route 962) for approximately 5 kilometers. You will pass through beautiful forested areas. Look for signs pointing towards Aittakuru Gorge. Turn left onto Aittakuru Trail and continue for another 2 kilometers. You will reach the parking area designated for Aittakuru Gorge. From the parking area, the gorge is just a short walk away, accessible via a marked trail.

For those using public transport, take a bus from Rovaniemi to Pelkosenniemi. The bus schedule may vary, so check the local timetable in advance. Once you arrive at Pelkosenniemi, you can either take a taxi or arrange a ride to the Pyhäntie area. From there, follow the same directions as for car travel. If you opt for walking, it's about a 7-kilometer hike to the gorge from the bus stop; ensure you're prepared for a longer trek through the scenic trails of the park.
