Car
If you are driving from the center of Riisitunturi National Park, take the main road towards Pöytyä. Follow the signs for Route 9 and merge onto E63. Continue on E63 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the exit for Vesiraumantie. Turn left onto Vesiraumantie and drive for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see the entrance to Vaskijärvi Strict Nature Preserve on your right. The preserve is open for visitors, and there are no entry fees.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation from Riisitunturi National Park, take a bus to Pöytyä. Check the local bus schedule as it may vary. Once in Pöytyä, you can either take a taxi or walk to Vesiraumantie, which is about 1.5 kilometers from the bus station. Follow Vesiraumantie for approximately 2 kilometers, and you will reach the entrance of Vaskijärvi Strict Nature Preserve. Note that public transportation schedules may vary, so plan accordingly.

For a more active option, you can cycle from Riisitunturi National Park to Vaskijärvi Strict Nature Preserve. Take the bike path that leads to Pöytyä, which connects to Vesiraumantie. The ride is approximately 10-12 kilometers and offers beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Ensure you have a bike lock, as there are places to secure your bicycle at the preserve.
