Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from your location in Uusimaa and head towards Helsinki. Use the E18 highway (also known as the Finnish National Road 1) which connects Uusimaa to Helsinki. Once in Helsinki, follow the signs for downtown and take the exit for Mannerheimintie. Continue on Mannerheimintie until you reach the intersection with Lutherinkatu. Turn onto Lutherinkatu; Temppeliaukio Church will be on your left at Lutherinkatu 3. There is limited parking available nearby, so be prepared for possible parking fees.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from your nearest station to Helsinki Central Station (Helsingin päärautatieasema). Once you arrive at Central Station, exit and head to the bus terminal located just outside the station. You can take bus number 14, which will take you directly to the stop 'Temppeliaukio Church'. The journey from the Central Station to the church takes about 15 minutes. As of now, a single ticket costs approximately 3.20 euros. Be sure to check the schedule for bus timings to ensure a smooth journey.

• Walking from Helsinki Central Station

  If you prefer to walk, you can exit Helsinki Central Station and head northwest on Kaivokatu. Continue straight until you reach Mannerheimintie. Turn right and walk along Mannerheimintie, then take a left onto Lutherinkatu. The walk will take around 25 minutes, and you will pass through the beautiful streets of Helsinki. Keep an eye out for directional signs to Temppeliaukio Church, which will be on your right at Lutherinkatu 3.
