If you are starting from the Oasis Visitor Center within Big Cypress National Preserve, head east on US-41 (Tamiami Trail) towards Naples. Drive for approximately 28 miles until you reach the intersection with State Road 29. Turn left onto State Road 29 and continue north for about 8 miles. Look for the signs for Goethe State Forest and turn right onto CR-337. Follow CR-337 for about 3 miles until you reach the Big Cypress Boardwalk Trail parking area.
