After approximately 35 miles, take exit 3 for GA-40 E toward St. Marys. Continue on GA-40 E for about 10 miles until you reach St. Marys. Follow signs to the Dungeness Ruins, which are located within the Cumberland Island National Seashore. Note that you will need to park at the St. Marys Ferry Terminal and take a ferry to Cumberland Island to access the ruins.
