Continue for approximately 10 miles, then take exit 353B toward I-295 N. Merge onto I-295 N and continue for about 5 miles. Take exit 30 toward US-1 N/US-23 N. Merge onto US-1 N and continue for about 4 miles. Take a right onto Zoo Parkway. The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens will be on your left at 370 Zoo Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32218. There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle.
