If you are traveling by car from the center of Jacksonville, take I-95 N toward Jacksonville. Continue on I-95 N for about 15 miles. Take exit 358B for FL-9A N toward Jacksonville Beach. Merge onto FL-9A N and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit toward Heckscher Drive/US-17 N. Merge onto Heckscher Drive and continue for about 5 miles. Turn left onto Fort George Rd, and then take the first right onto Palmetto Ave. Continue on Palmetto Ave for about 1 mile, and you will reach Kingsley Plantation, located at 11676 Palmetto Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32226.

For public transportation, start by taking the Jacksonville Skyway (monorail) to the Rosa Parks Transit Station. From there, take bus route 22 (toward Heckscher Dr) and get off at the Heckscher Drive & Fort George Rd stop.
