If you are driving from downtown Jacksonville, take I-95 South. Continue on I-95 South for about 50 miles. Take exit 256B to merge onto FL-442 East toward New Smyrna Beach. After approximately 10 miles, turn right onto S Peninsula Dr. The Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum will be on your left at 4931 S Peninsula Dr, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127. There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle.
