Continue on FL-60 E for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection with US-19 S. Take US-19 S for approximately 9 miles. Then, merge onto I-275 S towards St. Petersburg. After about 15 miles, take exit 2A for I-75 N toward Tampa. Continue on I-75 N for about 10 miles, then take exit 224 for FL-681 toward Ellenton. Follow the signs to merge onto FL-681, and then take the exit toward US-301 N. Merge onto US-301 N, then turn right onto Patten Ave. Gamble Plantation Historic State Park is located at 3708 Northeast Patten Ave, Ellenton, FL 34222.
