From Honeymoon Island State Park, exit the park and head south on Honeymoon Island Causeway. After about 4 miles, merge onto FL-60 E toward Clearwater. Continue on FL-60 E for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection with US-19 S. Take US-19 S for approximately 9 miles. Then, merge onto I-275 S towards St. Petersburg. After about 15 miles, take exit 2A for I-75 N toward Tampa. Continue on I-75 N for about 10 miles, then take exit 224 for FL-681 toward Ellenton. Follow the signs to merge onto FL-681, and then take the exit toward US-301 N. Merge onto US-301 N, then turn right onto Patten Ave. Gamble Plantation Historic State Park is located at 3708 Northeast Patten Ave, Ellenton, FL 34222.

First, take the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) bus #300 from Honeymoon Island to Clearwater Transit Center. From Clearwater, transfer to bus #62 towards St. Petersburg. At the St. Petersburg station, switch to bus #75 towards Ellenton. Finally, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile from the bus stop to Gamble Plantation Historic State Park located at 3708 Northeast Patten Ave, Ellenton, FL 34222.
