Walking
From the center of San Marco, head north on San Marco Blvd towards the intersection with Atlantic Blvd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hendricks Ave. Turn left onto Hendricks Ave and continue walking north. After about 1 mile, you will reach the intersection with E Duval St. Turn right onto E Duval St and walk for several blocks. The Basilica of The Immaculate Conception will be on your left at 121 E Duval St. This walk should take approximately 25-30 minutes.

Public Transportation (Bus)
You can take the Jacksonville public transit bus from San Marco to reach the Basilica. Head to the nearest bus stop on San Marco Blvd and look for Bus Route 5, which heads towards the downtown area. Purchase your bus fare (approximately $1.50). Ride the bus until you reach the stop at E Duval St and Main St. From there, walk east on E Duval St for about 2 blocks. The Basilica of The Immaculate Conception will be on your right at 121 E Duval St.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service available in San Marco. Start by heading north on San Marco Blvd and follow the cycling lanes. Continue until you reach the intersection with Hendricks Ave, then turn left.
