Car
If you're travelling by car from any location in Santa Fe River, head towards US-27 N. Continue on US-27 N for approximately 15 miles. Then take the exit toward FL-320 W/Chiefland. Continue on FL-320 W for about 10 miles until you reach Chiefland. Once in Chiefland, turn right onto NW 115th St. Manatee Springs State Park will be on your left at 11650 NW 115th St, Chiefland, FL 32626. There is an entrance fee of $6 per vehicle, so please have cash or a card ready.
Public Transportation
Unfortunately, public transportation options are limited in this area. If you are relying on public transport, consider taking a bus to the nearest major town, which is Chiefland. From Chiefland, you may need to arrange for a rideshare service or taxi to get to Manatee Springs State Park, located at 11650 NW 115th St. Please check local bus schedules and plan accordingly as services may not run frequently.
