If you're on Siesta Key, take Midnight Pass Rd towards Stickney Point Rd, then turn left onto US-41. Follow US-41 North until you reach the intersection with 10th Street. Turn right onto 10th Street, which will lead you to the John Ringling Causeway. Cross the bridge and take a left onto Ken Thompson Parkway. Continue on Ken Thompson Parkway for about 1 mile, and you'll find Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium on your left at 1600 Ken Thompson Pkwy.
