Walking
From Downtown Sarasota, head east on Main Street towards the Sarasota Bay front. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Gulfstream Avenue. Turn right onto Gulfstream Avenue and continue walking in the direction of the bay. After about 0.5 miles, you will come to the John Ringling Causeway Bridge. Cross the bridge, enjoying the scenic views of the bay. Once you reach the other side, you will be on St. Armands Key. Continue straight until you reach Ken Thompson Parkway. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium is located at 1600 Ken Thompson Pkwy, just a short walk from the bridge.
