From the center of Martillac, follow signs for Château La Garde. The drive is short, approximately 5 minutes, heading north on Chem. la Tour. The Château will be on your left. Parking is available on-site. Be aware that during peak season, parking may be limited.

From Martillac or nearby towns like Léognan, a taxi or ride-share service (Uber) is a convenient option. A taxi from the center of Martillac will cost approximately €15-€25. UberX from Martillac to Château La Garde averages around €15-€20. Confirm the fare before you start your trip.

While public transport directly to Château La Garde is limited, you can take bus line 482 to the 'Bourg' stop in Martillac. From there, it's approximately a 25-minute walk (2 km) to the Château. Consider a taxi or ride-share for the final leg from the bus stop. The bus fare is approximately €3.
