Train
From Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station, purchase a ticket to Saint-Julien-Beychevelle. Take the train and enjoy the scenic views during the approximately 30-minute journey. Upon arrival at the Saint-Julien-Beychevelle train station, exit the station and follow the signs towards Avenue de la Libération, which leads towards the town center.

After leaving the train station, head east on Avenue de la Libération for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue du 8 Mai 1945. Turn right onto Rue du 8 Mai 1945 and continue for about 350 meters. You will reach the D2 road; cross it carefully and continue straight onto Rue de Gruaud Larose. Follow this road for around 1 kilometer, and you will see Château Gruaud Larose on your left.

Alternatively, from the Bordeaux city center, you can take the bus line 701 towards Saint-Julien-Beychevelle. The bus departs from the 'Gambetta' stop. Ride the bus for approximately 40 minutes and get off at the 'Château Gruaud Larose' stop. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of the vineyard.
