Getting There

• Public Transport

  From Bordeaux city center, head to the Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station. You can take tram line C to the station, which takes about 25 minutes. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for a train to Margaux; the journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Margaux station, exit and catch bus line 701 towards 'Ludon Médoc.' Get off at the 'Labarde' stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. From the bus stop, walk about 15 minutes down Avenue du Comte JB de Lynch to reach Château Siran, located at 13 Avenue du Comte JB de Lynch.

• Bicycle Rental

  Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Bordeaux. Start your journey by cycling towards the Garonne River and follow the riverbank until you reach the Pont de Pierre. Cross the bridge and continue north along the Route de la Lune. Follow this road for approximately 12 km until you reach Labarde. Once in Labarde, follow Avenue du Comte JB de Lynch directly to Château Siran, which is located at 13 Avenue du Comte JB de Lynch.

• Walking Tour

  If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk from Bordeaux to Château Siran, which is a long but enjoyable trek of about 20 km. Start at the Place de la Bourse and head towards the Garonne River. Follow the river north until you reach the Pont de Pierre bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on Route de la Lune. Walk through the scenic vineyards and countryside, following signs to Margaux. Once you reach Labarde, navigate to Avenue du Comte JB de Lynch where Château Siran is located at number 13. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water for the journey.
