After arriving at the Mont-Saint-Michel shuttle stop, proceed towards the main entrance of the town. Walk along the causeway, taking in the views of the bay. Once you reach the base of the walls, the King's Gate will be directly in front of you, marking the entrance to the town. This walk is approximately 350 meters from the shuttle drop-off point and is the unavoidable final approach to the gate.

From the parking area, take the free 'Le Passeur' shuttle bus towards Mont-Saint-Michel. The shuttle runs frequently from 7:30 AM to midnight, with a journey time of around 12 minutes. The shuttle will drop you off approximately 350 meters from the ramparts of Mont-Saint-Michel. From there, it is a short walk to the King's Gate, the entrance to the town. This shuttle is free of charge.
