From Caen, you can take the bus line 20 from 'Gare Routière' (Bus Station) towards 'Lisieux'. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Get off at 'Lisieux - Gare' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk towards 'Avenue de la Gare'. Turn left onto 'Avenue de la Gare' and continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Avenue de Paris'. Turn right onto 'Avenue de Paris' and continue walking. After approximately 500 meters, turn left onto 'Avenue Jean XXIII'. The Basilica of Saint Therese of Lisieux will be on your right.

Take a train from 'Caen Gare' to 'Lisieux'. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Lisieux' train station, exit the station and turn left onto 'Avenue de la Gare'. Walk straight until you reach 'Avenue de Paris' and turn right. Continue for about 500 meters and then turn left onto 'Avenue Jean XXIII'. You will find the Basilica of Saint Therese of Lisieux on your right.

If you prefer to walk, you can start from the center of Caen. Head towards 'Place Saint-Sauveur' and continue onto 'Rue de la Liberté'. Follow 'Rue de la Liberté' until it merges into 'Boulevard Leroy'. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers. After you cross 'Pont de la Dives', keep walking straight to reach 'Lisieux'. Once in Lisieux, head towards 'Avenue Jean XXIII' where the Basilica is located. Note that this is a longer route and may take over an hour.
