Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, head towards Chamonix-Mont Blanc via the A40 motorway. Upon entering Chamonix, follow the signs for 'Centre Ville'. Park at the 'Les Drus' parking lot, which is conveniently located in the town center. From the parking, it is a short 10-minute walk to Point pédestre. Exit the parking, head south on Rue des Moulins, then turn right onto Rue du Docteur Paccard. Continue straight until you reach the park entrance.

    Take the free Chamonix local bus (Navette) which operates throughout the town. Board the bus at any of the stops in Chamonix, such as the Chamonix Bus Station. You can take Line A (Direction: Les Praz) and get off at the 'Place de la Mer de Glace' stop. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk. Head southeast on Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi, then turn right onto Rue du Docteur Paccard. Continue straight until you reach Point pédestre.
