From Dijon or Beaune, take a train to the Vougeot-Gilly-lès-Cîteaux station. From the station, it's approximately a 20-minute walk (1.6km) to the Château. Follow the D974 and Rue de la Montagne. The train fare ranges from €3 to €8. Alternatively, the Mobigo bus line 113 runs between Dijon/Beaune and stops near the Château (Rd974 stop), costing approximately €2. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the castle.

If driving, Clos de Vougeot is located directly off the D974, the Route des Grands Crus. Limited parking is available directly in front of the Château. During peak season or special events, parking may be more challenging. Additional parking can be found along Rue des Charmottes, a short walk through the vineyards to the Château. Parking is generally free.
