Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to '55 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris'. Depending on your starting location in Île-de-France, you can use major routes like the A1, A4, or A6 to access central Paris. Upon entering Paris, follow signs for 'Champs-Élysées' or 'Opéra' which will guide you to nearby areas. Note that parking in central Paris can be expensive and limited, so look for parking garages in the vicinity or consider using street parking if available. Expect to pay around €2-€4 per hour during the day. Be aware of potential traffic and plan accordingly.

• Metro

  For public transportation, take the Paris Metro to 'Champs-Élysées - Clemenceau' station (Line 1 or Line 13). From there, exit the station and walk east along Avenue des Champs-Élysées towards Place de la Concorde. Continue straight onto Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, and you will reach the Élysée Palace in about 15 minutes on foot. The Metro ticket costs approximately €1.90 for a single journey.

• Bus

  You can also reach the Élysée Palace by bus. Take bus line 28 or 42 and get off at the 'Madeleine' stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk. Head south on Rue de la Madeleine, then turn right onto Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The bus ticket costs about €1.90.

• RER Train

  If you are coming from further out in Île-de-France, you can take the RER train to 'Invalides' station (RER C). From Invalides, take Metro Line 8 towards 'Créteil' and change at 'Madeleine' to Line 14, then head to 'Champs-Élysées - Clemenceau'. Walk east on Avenue des Champs-Élysées, turn onto Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The total cost for the RER and Metro combined will be around €3.80.
