Walking
If you are near the Vieux Port, head south towards the Rue de la Fonderie. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue Saint-Jean du Perot. Turn left onto Rue Saint-Jean du Perot, and follow it until you reach the Place de la République. From there, take the Rue de la Gare, which will lead you towards the Parc Charruyer. Continue straight on this path, and you will see the entrance to Le parc Charruyer on your left, along Chem. des Remparts.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Vieux Port area and cycle along the waterfront towards the south. Follow the cycle path that goes along the coast. Once you reach the intersection with Rue de la Fonderie, turn left. Continue cycling straight until you arrive at the entrance of Le parc Charruyer on Chem. des Remparts. It's a pleasant ride with beautiful views of the coastline.

You can take a bus from the central station (Gare de La Rochelle). Board bus line 3 towards 'Les Minimes' and get off at the stop 'Gare de La Rochelle'.
