Getting There

    If you are starting from the city center of La Rochelle, head east on Rue de la Chaîne towards the Vieux Port. Continue walking straight until you reach the Rue de la Fausse Monnaie, then turn left. Follow this street until you reach Place de la Caille. From there, turn right into Rue du Cormorant and continue straight until you reach Avenue de la Porte Royale. Turn left and walk straight for about 15 minutes until you see Royal Gate on your right.
