    If you are starting from the Old Port area of La Rochelle, head towards the harbor promenade (Quai Louis Prunier). Walk along the waterfront and enjoy the beautiful views of the boats. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the promenade, where you will see the large stone tower of La Rochelle, known as the Tour de la Lanterne, to your left. From here, take the path that leads to Rue de l'Armide, which is located directly behind the Tour de la Lanterne. You will see signs pointing to St. Nicholas Tower. Follow Rue de l'Armide straight ahead, and you will arrive at St. Nicholas Tower shortly after.

It is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
