If you are traveling by car, start from central locations in Languedoc Coast, such as Montpellier. Head south on the A9 motorway towards Nîmes. Take the exit 29 towards Le Grau-du-Roi and continue on the D979 road. Follow the signs for Le Grau-du-Roi, and once you reach the town, look for Route de l'Espiguette. Follow this road until you arrive at BOIS DE L'ESPIGUETTE (Les Baronnets). There is usually free parking available nearby.

For those using public transportation, take a train from major cities like Montpellier to Le Grau-du-Roi. Trains are frequent, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Le Grau-du-Roi station, you can take a local bus (Line 1) towards the beach and get off at the stop 'Les Baronnets'. The bus runs every 30 minutes and a single ticket costs around €1.50. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk to BOIS DE L'ESPIGUETTE.
