From any location in Luberon, head towards Aix-en-Provence. If you are coming from the village of Gordes, take D2 towards Coustellet, then merge onto D901 towards Cavaillon. Continue on D901 until you reach the A7 motorway. Follow A7 towards Aix-en-Provence. Take exit 28 for Aix-en-Provence-Centre, and merge onto D9 towards Aix-en-Provence. Continue on D9 for about 5 km.
