Public Transportation - Metro and Tram
To reach Fort Saint-Jean using public transport, take Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) towards La Fourragère. Get off at the 'Vieux-Port' station. From there, transfer to Tram Line T2 at the Vieux-Port stop and head towards 'Arenc Le Silo'. Get off at the 'J4' stop, which is the closest to Fort Saint-Jean. The tram ticket costs about €1.70.

If you are already in the vicinity of the Old Port, you can walk to Fort Saint-Jean. From the Old Port, it is a 10-15 minute walk. Head towards the Mucem (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations) and cross the footbridge that connects to Fort Saint-Jean.
