Getting There

  • Metro

    Start your journey at the 'Vieux-Port' metro station, which is on Line 1 (the Blue Line). Take the train towards 'La Timone'. After 2 stops, get off at 'Jules Guesde' station. From there, transfer to Line 2 (the Red Line) towards 'Sainte-Marguerite Dromel'. Ride for 2 stops and get off at 'Saint-Charles'.

  • Walking

    Once you arrive at 'Saint-Charles' station, exit the station and head towards the main road, 'Boulevard de la Libération'. From there, turn left and walk straight until you reach 'Promenade Louis Brauquier'. Continue walking along this promenade until you see the Tour du fanal on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 km and will take about 20 minutes.

    Alternatively, from 'Vieux-Port', you can take Bus 49 from the bus stop located near the metro station. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Mucem' stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to 'Promenade Louis Brauquier'. Walk down the promenade until you see the Tour du fanal.
