Public Transport
From Les Allues, take the free Méribus shuttle to the Olympe Telecabine. The telecabine will take you to the La Chaudanne area of Méribel Centre. From La Chaudanne, transfer to the Pas du Lac gondola, which will take you directly to the Pas du Lac hiking area. The Méribus is free and runs frequently throughout the day. The Olympe Telecabine is also free for pedestrians. The Pas du Lac gondola requires a lift pass, prices vary depending on the season and duration of use.

Walking
While it's possible to walk from Les Allues to the base of the Pas du Lac gondola, it's a significant uphill trek. A more practical approach is to take the free Méribus shuttle from Les Allues to a closer access point, such as Méribel Centre (La Chaudanne), and then transfer to the Pas du Lac gondola. Walking from Méribel Centre to the Pas du Lac gondola base is a short, well-signed walk. From there, the gondola provides the final ascent to the hiking area. No costs are associated with walking, but the gondola requires a lift pass.
