If you are in the Antigone neighborhood, a pleasant walk will take you to the Monument aux Morts de Montpellier. Start from the Antigone tram station, which is on Line 1 (the blue line). Exit the station and head towards the Place de l'Europe. Once you reach the square, continue straight until you see the large pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself on the other side of the Lez river. As you walk along the riverbank, keep an eye out for the monument, which will be located on your right at the Unnamed Road, 34000 Montpellier. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes and is free of charge.

From Antigone, you can also take the tram to reach the Monument aux Morts. Board the tram at Antigone station on Line 1 towards Odysseum. Travel for one stop and disembark at Place de l'Europe. From there, exit the tram station, and follow the same walking route mentioned earlier towards the riverbank. This option incurs no cost if you already have a valid tram ticket.
