From the Promenade des Anglais, head inland towards Rue de France. Walk straight along Rue de France until you reach Avenue Jean Médecin. Turn left onto Avenue Jean Médecin and continue walking until you reach Place Massena. From there, take Rue de l'Opéra, which will lead you to Rue Jules Gilly. Continue straight on Rue Jules Gilly, and you will find the Heritage Center located at number 14 on your right.
