From Nice Ville train station, purchase a ticket for the train to Monaco. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Once you board the train, enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. After about 20 minutes, you will arrive at Monaco-Monte Carlo station. Exit the train and follow the signs to the exit.

Upon exiting the Monaco-Monte Carlo station, turn left and walk towards Avenue de la Gare. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la République. Cross the boulevard and head towards the Casino de Monte-Carlo. From there, take Avenue des Spélugues, which will lead you to the raised area of the city.

Continue walking up Avenue des Spélugues until you reach the top, where it intersects with Rue des Remparts. Turn right onto Rue des Remparts. The Panoramic view of Monaco will be located on your left at 32 Rue des Remparts. Look for the observation deck signs to guide you to the viewing area.
